Jamie helped me change my life in some important ways at a critical time. I’m a “Type A” successful business owner and mother who can’t stop overachieving and going non-stop. I met Jamie at a time of standstill, when the world shut down and my normal coping skill of “do more” was suddenly not an option. Since meeting in early spring 2020, Jamie has guided, nurtured, mentored me and helped me grow into a wiser woman; woman who values slow days; who no longer runs at everything in life at 100 miles per hour; who values sacred time, ritual, and reflection. Jamie helped me broaden my world on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. I use the insights and practices I acquired through her virtual retreat and personal guidance daily; and as a result, have found more meaning, peace and joy in both my professional and personal life. Jamie’s holistic approach to life, business, and being a wise woman is eye opening, unique, and life-changing.
Jamie has been constant sources of guidance for me over the last 15 years at times when I find myself at a “crossroads”. As my path leads me to now managing roles of business owner, business partner, leader, teacher , wife , mother, daughter and friend, I find myself pushing ahead to accomplish external goals while not feeling sometimes aligned with my inner core. Jamie’s teachings help me to circle back to finding my place in “the spiral “that is life.
During the pandemic of 2020, I was fortunate to be able to participate in a virtual weekly retreat Jamie hosted. It was perfectly titled Thriving Thru Chaos and that is exactly what we did. In unprecedented times when anxiety of the unknown was high, Jamie guided us through using the tried and true methods of earth based wisdom. Thru the weeks of the retreat I suddenly found myself able to feel more calm and centered
Anyone that has the opportunity to work with Jamie and experience her guidance and her unique way of imparting wisdom will surely leave with much more than they could have ever imagined. I am forever grateful for all the tools and support I have received from her.

I love the time I spent with Jamie in the high desert of Sedona, Arizona. We experienced the teachings of the Wisdom Wheel while being immersed in the beauty of Sedona’s scared places. Jamie’s thoughtful and clear leadership allows each person to reflect on their own journey through life and fortifies the path of true leadership based on each person’s personal strengths and vision. I would highly recommend any of Jamie’s programs to anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of the balance it takes to wield compassionate power in our present day world.
I met Jamie at a time in my life when everything was changing for me. Both my personal and professional life were in massive transitions. I truly feel as if the timing couldn’t have been more perfect.
The first time I worked with Jamie professionally was to restructure overhaul some of the systems in my new business. In one of our later sessions we came together virtually during quartile 2020 for a Thriving Through Chaos series with other women’s in all different seasons of life. The perspective Jamie shared helped me navigate my personal feelings and individual narrative while coping with literal world chaos. The introduction to literature and journaling paired with one on one sessions really helped me process and work through one of the most challenging times of my life. I’m forever grateful and continually looking back to the things she taught me, both personally and in my career. As a mother, wife, and business partner I am more confidently “me” because of Jamie’s guidance. 10/10 highly recommend!!

I have known Jamie for over 25 years in the roles of corporate leadership consultant, executive coach, team builder, mentor, guide and teacher. I have experienced personal and professional growth from every encounter through her unique approach and facilitation. I am deeply grateful for the opportunities Jamie has created for me to have deeper conversations with myself and others…to be more aware of where I am on the my life’s journey and more clear about where I want to go…and to be stronger and wiser in body, mind and spirit.
Every time I have chosen to give myself the “gift” of time with Jamie by attending one of her programs, I have realized that I am not being “selfish”, rather I enabled myself to give even more to others…as a leader and as a friend and family member. In Jamie’s words, I am becoming more of my “good, true, and beautiful self”.
It was an honor and privilege to be invited to participate in the amazing, thought-provoking experience of the first inaugural Sedona Women’s Retreat. I came expecting a miracle and was not disappointed. From the moment we sat around the wisdom circle surrounded by the beauty and majesty of the red rocks of Sedona, I let the atmosphere have its way with me.
Jamie guided us on a road to self-discovery and I found the next five days life-changing. Her warm and nurturing personality, coupled with many years of experience communing with nature, allowed all of the women to explore our real and authentic selves. I left feeling soul’s sensitivity and balance had been recharged.
I was thrilled when Jamie told me of her newest program, Leadership Soul Craft for Wise Women Leaders. The reason is two-fold: what she offers to the world for those at midlife who are searching for the motivation and direction on the next chapter of their lives is priceless; and me – to help stimulate and validate that what I am doing now is what I am destined to do at this time in my life.
I’ve continued to be inspired by Jamie for more than 15 years. We explored Egypt together a couple of years ago. Standing in awe and marveling at the 1000 year-old Pyramids of Giza then sailing down the Nile River only intensified my desire to never stop learning and exploring, and being with Jamie was a true treasure. She is the “real deal” and those of us who are lucky enough to be counted in her intimate circle of ladies are truly blessed.
